Objectives

We wanted to enable students to acquire and enhance professional skills and competencies. This included improving their English proficiency, social skills like adaptability, communication, collaboration, and establishing professional relationships. We also focused on enhancing teamwork, punctuality, multitasking, and proactivity. Additionally, we strived to improve professional behavior, boost confidence, understand personal qualities, and broaden horizons by learning about other cultures

Background

The consequences of COVID-19 are still felt by our students. Our school’s curriculum includes significant practice hours, which have faced major disruptions over the past three years. Initially, students couldn’t do practical work, and later, when they could, its scope and quality weren’t the same as before the pandemic. The number of institutions for practical work has decreased, and there is a noticeable lack of practical experience affecting their performance.
