By implementing this project, we strengthened our institution's capacity for educational modernization, motivated students and teachers for further development, and increased their language competencies and intercultural understanding. Students enhanced their skills and applied the knowledge to modernize the curriculum and vocational practice. The project outcomes improved education quality and aligned theoretical instruction with practical training.
The school is aware that acquiring vocational skills in different environments,cultural contexts and working conditions is an invaluable contribution to the development of students' and teachers' competencies.To actively contribute to the modernization of education,teachers needed to observe working conditions and methods in other countries,exchange experiences with foreign colleagues and implement these experiences in their own environment,thereby enhancing the quality of vocational education
