Objectives

With our project, we wanted to improve our four-year educational programs: improve the quality of professional training for students from the profession of electro-technician, as well as provide training for mechatronics and mechanical computer technicians that they lack in the regular program. Furthermore, we want to improve the students' language and communication skills and introduce them to the world of multilingualism, multiculturalism and tolerance.

Background

We educate and train students for occupations from the four-year technical program (electro-technician, mechanical computer technician and mechatronics technician), as well as the three-year industrial-craft program. Students from the technical program have significantly less practical training than the students of the industrial trades, so we wanted to enable them to have practical training abroad so that they can improve their professional skills for the labour market or higher education.
