The aim of the project was to increase the international mobility of students and staff and to strengthen the capacity of PAR University of Applied Sciences for cooperation at the European and global level. The key objectives were to develop students’ intercultural and language competences, enhance their employability and understanding of European values, and enable them to acquire practical skills through participation in programmes such as short-term blended mobilities and blended intensive programmes. For staff, the project sought to foster professional development, the exchange of good practices, and the strengthening of partnership networks, while for the institution the goal was to support its internationalisation strategy and promote the green and digital transition.
