The project 2023-1-HR01-KA131-HED-000115362 aimed to strengthen the internationalisation of the Polytechnic of Šibenik by providing opportunities for students and staff to gain valuable academic, professional, and intercultural experiences abroad. Through mobility for studies and traineeships, students were expected to broaden their perspectives, improve their employability, and combine theoretical and practical learning in international environments. For teaching staff, the project was designed to enhance professional skills, modernise teaching practices, and establish long-term cooperation with partner institutions. For administrative and professional staff, mobility activities such as training and job shadowing were intended to build capacities in mobility management and the administration of EU-funded projects. Overall, the objective of the project was to contribute to a more internationally connected, skilled, and inclusive academic community, while also supporting Erasmus+ priorities such as inclusion, digitalisation, green practices, and international cooperation.
