Objectives

Since in the previous project we had a fairly lower number of mobilities, the main goal of this project was to increase the numbers and encourage our students and staff to participate in mobilities while its is or belief that such activities have a highly beneficial outcome for all the participants. Students mostly benefit regarding their their self-esteem level, as well as level of responsibility. Past experience has shown that mobility greatly benefits students in terms of being more proactive and improving the ability and capacity to solve problems, improving their softs skills and intercultural skills as well as language competences. Regarding the staff, mobility enables creation of networks and sharing experience in both teaching and training and increases the job satisfaction. Also, both incoming and outgoing mobilities are highly beneficial for internationalization - incoming teaching activities provide internationalization at home, while outgoing mobilities have personal impact in term of international experience that both students and staff member can disseminate upon the return. In general, by implementing the project the goal was to increase the international aspect of higher education, thus improve the quality of out institution.
