The 2023-1-HR01-KA131-HED-000124867 project lasted 26 months, from 01/06/2023 to 31/07/2025. Our main aim was to use the granted funds and better our internationalization efforts. However, unlike in the previous two KA131 projects, we had did not have issues with demand for mobilities from students, which resulted in better usage of granted funds. Another aim was to to improve the areas suggested by the National agency in the previous report, which was successful. We will more actively promote short-term combined mobilities, including mobilities within BIPs. We will increase information about internship opportunities for recent graduates and use the STA invited mobility option to further motivate resident students for foreign experience, but also strengthen aspects of internationalization at home. Additional help was ensured by having Ivana Lovrek aid in administration. Course catalogue is put on a more prominent place on our English website, so it is more visible and accesible, as was also suggested by the Agency during our desk check and by incoming students in their participant reports. All incoming and outgoing student Learning agreeemnts were done using EWP in this project. Zagreb School of Business promotes participation in democratic life by providing structured opportunities for learning and engagement in European common values, civic engagement, and intercultural dialogue through active citizenship, development of social and intercultural skills, media literacy and critical thinking, participation in decision-making, and promoting shared values. Thirdly, the project allowed the continuation of internationalization activities at Zagreb School of Business, which is one of the main strategic goals of the institution. Lastly, coupled with the use of other funds from projects in KA131 and KA171, we were able to further our internationalization efforts and ensure continuity in ensuring our internationalization strategy. Some setbacks were incurred due to changes in personnel, the post effects corona pandemic and the ongoing crisis from war in Ukraine.
