In the third year of accreditation, the activities we have implemented are part of the planned strategic plan ‘‘Young people in Focus’’ created by young people during 2020, which is aligned and coordinated with partners, and clearly defines outcomes and goals for the period 2021 to 2024. ‘‘Young people in Focus’’, in the first year of accreditation, aimed to strengthen the personal capacities of young people and people working with youth, strengthen the capacities of organizations, and actively participate in the life of the local community. In the second year of accreditation, the goal was to strengthen the capacities of digital and financial competencies, at the personal and organizational levels. In the third year, the focus was placed on financial literacy, self-employment, and green practices. In addition to the realization of the three main goals, in the third year of accreditation, we additionally empowered the participants in the following areas: Using innovative educational tools, processes and practices Active participation in the local community Developing self-confidence, critical thinking towards oneself and the community Awareness of new challenges According to the plan, we strengthened the capacities of the organizations involved in the realisation of the third year of accreditation, as well as the participants themselves, in the field of financial competences and green practices. We also increased the network of partners and organized a study visit for the first time.
