Objectives

The project aimed to empower young people and youth workers by providing them with knowledge, skills, and attitudes that contribute to sustainable development, active citizenship, the digital transition, and green entrepreneurship. The main goal was to develop participants’ personal and professional competencies in the fields of sustainability, entrepreneurship, healthy lifestyles, digital literacy, STEM tools and methods, and civic engagement. Through project activities, participants engaged in experiential learning and practical application of acquired knowledge, such as craftsmanship, participating in volunteer actions, developing digital tools, and promoting local initiatives. One of the key objectives was to enhance intercultural understanding and cooperation among participants from different countries, promoting a sense of European identity and solidarity. Participants collaborated with peers from other countries, shared experiences, and worked together on projects, which enabled them to gain a deeper understanding of cultural diversity and the importance of collective action. The project was structured around specific objectives tailored to the needs of both participants and partner organizations. For participants, the project aimed to develop knowledge and skills related to sustainability, entrepreneurship, active citizenship, and STEM; to foster a sense of initiative, creativity, and self-efficacy, empowering them to pursue their personal and professional goals; and to strengthen intercultural understanding, empathy, and the ability to collaborate with diverse groups towards common goals. The project promoted initiative, creativity, and self-efficacy among young people, encouraging them to recognize their potential and launch their own initiatives. Activities such as “Digital Entrepreneurship Navigator” and “Greenpreneurship for Sustainable Futures” allowed participants to develop green ideas, create their own brands, and explore funding opportunities through EU funds and crowdfunding campaigns. Supporting young entrepreneurs, particularly in sustainable ventures, directly contributed to our strategic goal of promoting economic growth and environmental protection. Through this project, we aimed to inspire a new generation of entrepreneurs driven not only by profit but also by their potential impact on the planet and society. The project also advanced our efforts to promote ecology and sustainable development by educating young people on the importance of sustainability, equipping them with the skills to implement sustainable practices, and encouraging them to become ambassadors of environmental responsibility. In doing so, we contributed to a broader societal shift towards sustainability, aligning with global efforts to combat climate change, preserve biodiversity, and ensure a healthy planet for future generations. In addition, the project aimed to strengthen the capacity of partner organizations to implement high-quality, inclusive, and thematically relevant youth programs. This led to the development of a network of organizations that share common values related to sustainable development, mobility, and youth engagement in local communities. A particular emphasis was placed on promoting a culture of environmental care and sustainable living practices. Through educational and practical activities, participants developed awareness of the importance of recycling, composting, healthy nutrition, and reducing plastic use, gaining practical knowledge and skills applicable in everyday life. In this way, the project contributed not only to the personal development of participants but also to long-term positive impacts on their communities.
