Our main objectives were to expand the knowledge and teaching capacity of our trainers, empower committed volunteers to support program delivery, and build international connections in the field of somatic adult education. We aimed to increase the variety, depth and visibility of our programs while strengthening the long-term sustainability of our work—to better serve the needs of our adult learners.
WOC Coaching Kft. is an organisation focusing on adult learning in the fields of leadership, emotional intelligence, intimacy, and relational skills for companies and for the public too. Our mission is to raise traumaawreness. We offer body-based, experience-oriented programs using Creative Coaching, Somatic Experiencing and Heart & Sexuality methodologies. Our Erasmus+ project aimed to expand our capacity and deepen international cooperation in somatic adult education.
