The aim of the study visits was to identify best practices in two countries with a proven track record of successfully adapting adults to the labour market and supporting their entrepreneurial development. Our objectives were to enhance the effectiveness of our response to demand and supply in the labour market and to integrate new approaches into our organisation. In addition, we hoped that by sharing the results, we could help our non-mobile staff and partner organisations to access them.
In line with economic and social expectations and employment goals, the Government Office of Békés County is committed to increasing the economic activity of jobseekers and supporting their employment. Our labour market programmes, which support the integration of adults into the labour market and provide learning opportunities and services, can be more successful if our staff learn and use innovative methods in the international arena.
