The overall goal of our professional visit is to develop the competence of the BKNSZ staff in order to make the organization more efficient by integrating community values. We would like to receive ideas and new thoughts so that our activities meet the emerging needs of society. In addition, we would like to participate in several future international projects. Our visit is expected to be innovative and motivating for the staff of our organization.
The folk high schools - as informal and non-formal institutions of lifelong learning - play an increasingly important role in community education, social inclusion and maintaining diversity. These goals are becoming more and more important. The Folk High School Association Surrounding Budapest participates in adult education and participates more international projects. In order to be able to operate much more efficiently in the future, it is necessary to develop and renew organization.
