Through professional development, the acquirement of learning outcomes increases the quality of the activities organized by the foundation, thus supporting the objectives related to organizational success. Therefore our primary goal has been grouped around the following competences: competence of Arts (visual art) (1 person), multilingual competence (2 people) – the ability to learn, methodological development in the field of free time and outdoor activities (2 people) Thus, the competences listed above as collective knowledge affect our functions. During the implementation of the project, we use environmentally friendly solutions, like we do not print documents, training, and preparation materials, we also use digital tools during dissemination. We will make our internationalization objectives more effective by establishing partnerships at a higher level. We would like to achieve such relationships so that the mobility of adult learners can also be realized in the future.
Our organization supports people with disadvantaged backgrounds and disabilities of all ages. A group of 10 adult learners is also actively present in the life of the foundation, who regularly plan sports programs, and outdoor activities mainly with tactical games, and represent the foundation at local events. This community is inclusive, and the members are capable of helping and supporting people whit different fields of social and communication disabilities. However, this requires facilitators and professionals who make the programs meaningful, are methodologically prepared and are able to organize the group's activities with appropriate tools, including individual differences and needs. For these needs, we looked for international training courses, that are closely related to the organization's objectives and our activities, and also provide learning outcomes on an individual level.
