The new exam requirements put digital competence and portfolio building at the forefront. The aim of our institution is to improve the digital skills of our staff and to learn modern methods. It is important to create a motivated learning environment, to promote project-based learning, to reduce early school leaving and to expand international contacts. Internships abroad improve students' skills and employability.
Our institution offers training courses in the South-Békés Region, and we take into account the economic and labour market needs when defining the professions. Our priority sectors include law enforcement and hospitality. Tourism-related professions are the most popular. It is important for us to foster a love of the profession, experiential learning and the benefits of work placements abroad. We develop the methodological and digital competences of our trainers.
