We aim to reduce the number of drop-outs. We want to motivate our students and make them more committed to their profession by renewing the methodology of our trainers and by decorating our new training facilities and teaching areas with motivating multilingual posters and brochures. By using wall charts and designs in the work areas, our students are immersed in learning a professional foreign language at work and we provide more effective training thanks to new teaching methods.
B-A-Z county is one of the most underdeveloped regions, with high unemployment, low education and poor health. More than 60% of our students are from disadvantaged areas. In Miskolc, our institution is the only one who offers training in tourism and catering: waiters, cooks and pastry cooks. Our building and training centre was renewed in 2022, so our aim is to create a motivating work environment, renew the methodology of our trainers, and help students to obtain professional qualifications.
