Objectives

In this project, we aimed to renew and expand our personality and community-building methods while enhancing our teachers' skills in 21st-century pedagogy. We wanted to enrich our collection of best practices and expand our international relations. Developing our instructors' foreign language communication is also essential. We seek new approaches for dual partnership building and collaboration while improving our students' employability skills.

Background

Our school is a 37-year-old specialized IT technical school. During the transition to the technical school system, student groups changed in the 11th grade due to career specialization and modular education. While students belong to a single class in grades 9-10, from grade 11, they study in 4–5 different groups, forming new communities. Finding IT company partners and developing dual training is a real challenge for our school.
