Our goal in implementing this project was to strengthen our university’s internationalization strategy in line with the objectives of the Erasmus+ program. We sought to establish partnerships and initiatives that promote mobility, support high-quality education, and contribute to sustainable development and innovation. Through the opportunities provided by Erasmus+, we aimed to foster the professional and personal development of our students and staff, while contributing to social cohesion and stronger engagement with the European Education Area. During the project, we sought to expand not only student mobility for studies and traineeships but also staff mobility for teaching and training, thereby promoting the exchange of knowledge, experience, and best practices. Our other aim was to find digital and sustainable solutions for the administration processes as well. Our long-term objective is to enable a growing number of our students and staff to benefit from international experiences, and to apply the knowledge, skills, and networks they acquire to strengthen the competitiveness of our university and region. To this end, during the project period, we set the goal of establishing an International Center to provide structured support for mobility preparation, recognition, transparency, inclusion, and fairness, fully in line with the principles of the Erasmus Charter for Higher Education (ECHE).
