Our main objective for the 2023-2025 project period was to implement the Erasmus+ Programme in a quality manner, in accordance with the Erasmus Charter criteria: non-discriminatory, transparent and inclusive. The aim was to further strengthen the Programme at the College, it was important for us to promote the Programme to both full-time and evening students, lecturers and staff via dissemination. Our aim was to increase the number of participants in mobility, given the number of participants in the previous year and after the drop in numbers due to the Covid epidemic. It was important for us to implement mobilities in accordance with the new guidelines, in the spirit of environmental protection, and to place emphasis on promoting European values. More effective language and intercultural training for those preparing for mobility were planned. It was also important to ensure that all students and staff were aware of the other support opportunities offered by the Programme (special support for disadvantaged people, environmentally friendly opportunities). Our aim was to continue negotiations with the college management on credit recognition, in particular with a view to partial or full recognition of student internships in the curriculum. Our plan was to assist incoming students through the student mentoring scheme. It was important to define the College's internationalization goals and their aspects, and to integrate the Erasmus+ Program into the College's internationalization activities. Finally, it was very important to strengthen cooperation with partners and find new partners.
