One of the main goals of the project is to develop the professional skills of students and staff, and to use the knowledge gained to improve the content and methodology of the university's courses. By gaining a deeper understanding of the educational programs offered by partner institutions, the university aims to improve the diversity of content and methodology in MKE courses. By increasing the number of participants in student mobility, the university not only supports the individual development of the participants, but also increases the recognition of the diplomas issued by the institution. In addition to developing its own training programs, staff mobility contributes to the internationalization of students and staff remaining at home. By learning about the good administrative practices of partner institutions, the MKE also has the opportunity to develop services related to mobility. The main goal of the BIP projects is to deepen professional cooperation and, through short-term mobility, to provide opportunities for international experience to students who are more timid or, for whatever reason, find it difficult to undertake long-term mobility.
