Since 2017, our association has been organising youth exchanges, actively involving our volunteer base in the selection of topics and in the implementation of the mobility. Accreditation is a great opportunity to facilitate this process and to put more emphasis on identifying the needs of young people, to involve them actively in the implementation and thus to provide them with a learning process that they would not have the opportunity to experience in other contexts. Another important aspect for our association is the involvement of young people under 18. They are more likely to participate in a first mobility at home than to embark on an international adventure, so this project will greatly support both the growth and the strengthening of our youth base. With these aspects in mind, our aim with this project was to strengthen our association, develop the young people involved individually and as a group, strengthen and increase our volunteer base, and through the training, support the professionals who are actively working with us and build future partnerships.
