“Let’s Talk” was a project aimed to improve mainly the communication competences of the participants. These competences included public speaking, conflict resolution and discussion of different topics. Public speaking in itself can be an experience that provokes unwanted feelings in young people, however, it’s even more difficult when speaking in a foreign language. We believe that these skills are essential for today’s youth in order to be able to actively participate in civic life and take a stand on any issues that they might face in their everyday lives. Taking this into consideration the needs, we formed the following objectives for this project: 1, A safe and inclusive space would be created so participants could be able to practice public speaking. 2, Challenges would be provided on different levels so every participant’s needs could be met. 3, By the end of the youth exchange participants would possess a wide range of knowledge regarding the topics of sustainability, digital transformation diversity and civic engagement. 4, A group would be formed where interculturality is celebrated and friendships are made.
