In the framework of the project, the 3 partner organisations (TANDEM n.o., Harghita Business Center, Játszótér Alapítvány) developed 3 training thematics and tools on the following topics: career guidance, job search, entrepreneurship. This covers a significant part of career management and provides a range of professionals with the right knowledge resource to work with young people. Our aim was to use the tools created to support and improve the quality of youth work.
Despite numerous local and European Union programs and benefits, youth unemployment rates remain high in EU countries, particularly in Eastern Europe. Since all the partner organizations involved in creating this project are engaged in career development for young people, or at least some aspect of it, we are motivated to address this problem and help young people. Based on our previous joint work, we believe that the project, including the training courses, the creation of digital materials, and the development of professionals, can have a multiplier effect that can provide effective assistance to those dealing with the issue, benefiting the entire sector and younger generations.
