The objective of this Erasmus+ project was to enhance the quality of vocational education by providing work-based learning experiences for VET learners. The key goals included: Professional Development through hands-on placements, Foster cultural awareness and adaptability to Spanish work environments and business practices, Staff development by observing and adopting best practices in vocational training and work-based learning methodologies, Strengthen partnerships with IES Mar De Alboran.
The Model County Enterprise Group trading as Enniscorthy Enterprise & Technology Centre (EETC). It was set up to help small enterprises in an economic deprived black spot area of Wexford. It was set up to help employment in the area. It does that by providing support for small businesses and training courses, both at vocational education and training (VET) level and Adult Education. It's training programmes are and have been predominantly designed to help people into the workplace.
