Objective 1 : Many of the young people engaged in our projects come from socio-economic disadvantaged backgrounds and by providing a wide range of service delivery we are affording young people opportunities which maybe out of their reach without the provision of youth work and youth services. Many of our projects work with young people aged 10-24years and therefore a wide range of methodologies need to be utilized for active engagement. Objective 2 : Youth work practice is of the utmost importance and it is crucial that youth workers continue to engage in continuous professional development to ensure that they are delivering good quality youth work to young people. Engagement in Youth Worker mobilities is an excellent way of learning and sharing with youth workers across Europe. Objective 3 : YWIT place huge emphasis on individuality and capacity building of young people both now and into the future, therefore it is important that all young people have the opportunity to develop their core skills and competencies through participation in European Mobilities. European Mobilities provide opportunities for growth and development that this cohort of young people may struggle to find at home. Objective 4 : YWIT provides a range of services for young people experiencing severe disadvantage. All of our projects support the most marginalised communities in Tipperary. These communities are priortised in our selection process for mobility projects. This gives young people, their families and volunteers opportunities to participate in Youth Exchanges, training mobilities, ESC, job shadowing opportunities and all of YWIT services
