The goal was to give the Directorate's experts in charge of education the opportunity to learn and adopt new teaching techniques, teaching methods and course design, with the aim of strengthening the their, and the Directorate's ability to educate and inform.
The Directorate's legal mandate and obligations has been vastly expanded in recent years, creating a demand for a lot of new material for educating and informing the public and actors on the labour market about rights and duties. The attended course emphasized innovative methods of learning and teaching to apply to their own creation of educational material and teaching.
