Our aim is to motivate students to make the most of their university studies, create an international network, empower their soft skills as well as their ability to adjust to another culture and broaden their horizons by going abroad on exchange for one or two semesters. Moreover, we strive to give everyone equal opportunities to gain international experience during their studies at Reykjavík University. The aim of encouraging staff and teacher mobility is to build and promote the exchange of expertise and experience on pedagogical methods, and create and build a transnational network, and collaboration. Moreover, we want staff members to improve competences both on personal and institutional level.
