The implementation of the Erasmus project IUA is designed to offer students and staff opportunities for academic and cultural international experiences. These objectives align with the International Strategy and Action Plan 2020-2025, which identifies international collaboration as crucial for knowledge creation, quality improvement, and the development of a diverse and inclusive learning community. Collaboration with partner universities, art institutions, and professionals is intended to broaden perspectives, increase access to new ideas and expertise, and establish close connections at both individual and institutional levels. The university is committed to ensuring that all students have the opportunity to participate in international activities, either through mobility abroad or by engaging with international initiatives on campus. The International Office is responsible for supporting both incoming and outgoing students and staff, facilitating integration, and ensuring that international opportunities are accessible and visible throughout the university. During the current year activities focused on enhancing the experience of incoming students and staff, supporting outgoing mobility, and strengthening institutional processes. Initiatives were implemented to promote integration, language learning, and cultural exchange, as well as to improve administrative workflows and to strengthen interdepartmental collaboration.
