The goal of the project was to raise the level of specialist skills among students and graduates, aiming for higher quality learning outcomes and fewer students requiring remedial exams. It also aimed to enhance the quality of the VET offering, with a focus on technical skills and vocational subjects across all school programs, by strengthening work-based experiences and improving training labs.
The project aimed at contributing to innovating Vocational Education and Training pathways to align them with European standards and to offer learners opportunities for professional development. The 2021/22 Self-Assessment Report (RAV) showed that only 37.5% of VET graduates found work within a year — 45% from Professional, 36.4% from Economic, and 16.6% from Technological tracks — mainly due to a 13.5% local skill mismatch and inadequate student preparation.
