The aim of the project was to provide as many learners as possible, including those with fewer opportunities, with a high-quality internship in another European country. The aim was to strengthen technical skills in the fields of biotechnology, and nutrition, improve language skills in German and English, expand digital skills and raise environmental awareness through the use of green mobility. The European idea should also be actively experienced and consolidated.
The specialised secondary school for biotechnology and nutrition in Merano would like to offer as many learners as possible, even those with fewer opportunities, the opportunity to complete an internship in another European country, as certain internship experiences are often not possible in Italy. Previously, this has only been possible for individual learners through private contacts. Erasmus+ aims to break down barriers for learners of all kinds and enable international practical experience.
