The identified objectives were: to enhance and strengthen students' multilingual skills through transnational mobility; to boost their sense of entrepreneurship and active citizenship through short-term professional activities. Furthermore, the acquisition of professional-level skills for selected graduates was to be reached through long-term mobility. Finally, we aimed to improve teachers' training on innovative teaching methodologies.
Our institution includes several students from middle-lower socioeconomic backgrounds who do not fully recognize the educational and cultural value of the school. Additionally, there are many students with special educational needs (BES). This reality has led us to organize numerous training initiatives, as this very project, aimed at creating opportunities to value diversity and inclusivity, while simultaneously enhancing students' future career prospects.
