The “GRAPE" project pursued the achievement of 4 objectives: 1. Supporting new graduates in entering the job market in the agricultural/wine sector. 2. Ensuring that students strengthen their skills and competences in the agricultural/wine sector. 3. Strengthening teachers' professional skills in the VET field. 4. Increasing training and exchange opportunities at European level to promote innovation in vocational training.
The I.I.S. "Duca degli Abruzzi" of Elmas, has conceived the transnational mobilities of the "GRAPE" project for students, recent graduates and teachers as tools to combat unemployment and the lack of qualified agricultural manpower. In addition, through the consultation of the official documents of the School, it emerged that students and recent graduates needed to strengthen their professional skills, while teachers needed to learn new teaching methodologies in the VET field.
