The project had three main goals: to improve the VET offer of the SFC consortium, to strengthen the ability to respond to the impact of the green and digital transition on local education systems, and to promote mobility as a way to develop internationalization and self-development skills for coordinators, project designers, and other staff involved in the project.
SFC is involved in continuous training for companies and VET (Vocational Education and Training) stakeholders. The project was created to support the innovation of training programs in response to green and digital challenges. MoveIT gave staff from member organizations the chance to learn from European best practices and explore new approaches through job-shadowing in advanced VET environments.
