The school has achieved project's objectives, specifically: - improve organizational and management skills of the staff of the school (teachers and not) through the opportunity to manage a project and get to know European dynamics up close. - reduce school early dropouts and improve inclusion processes - promote the acquisition of technical and personal skills that can be used in the school environment and after graduation, improving the employability and CVs of participants
The project allowed to carry out 5-weeks mobilities for 25 students of the school (in Malta, Germany, Austria and Spain) and 5 mobilities of 14 weeks for recent graduates (in Germany and Spain). The experiences allowed them to improve and develop technical skills (especially in long term mobilities), language skills (in English and also in other languages) and personal skills (especially autonomy, self confidence, resourcefulness, self-management).
