Improving the students' professional and linguistic skills was the first and most important of the objectives, the second objective was the strengthening of digital skills and, finally, we aimed to introduce our students to other cultures and other working realities, so as to make them learn the importance of welcoming others, of comparing and listening and to make them appreciate the importance of belonging to the European community reality.
Our Institute is the oldest catering and hospitality institute in the province and internationalization is one of its pillars, along with inclusion and innovation. Our students often come from disadvantaged family backgrounds, or face the difficulties of disabilities or learning disabilities.
