By implementing our project,we aimed to provide students with real international work experience in hotels, improving their professional skills and employability. We aimed to enhance their English communication, teamwork in multicultural settings, and awareness of international employment opportunities. We also aimed to support economically disadvantaged students, promote European values like equality and active citizenship, and modernize our school’s training content to meet European standards
Our project focuses on addressing the skills gap in the tourism sector, a key contributor to Italy's economy, by providing students with international internship opportunities. Our school, specializing in vocational tourism education, aims to overcome challenges such as inadequate training, lack of professional belonging, and limited international experience. The project aligns with EU goals to enhance employability, foster innovation, and support sustainable growth in the tourism industry.
