We wanted to: -offer a work experience allowing students to better orientate in the future -promote inclusion and equality -promote digital skills related to the world of work (CV, interview management, research on company/vocab in a professional area) -strengthen transversal skills -offer international experiences -improve language and communication skills in a foreign language -foster self-awareness and personal growth -build bridges between peoples and cultures and a sense of belonging to EU
Despite being a Lyceum with classical, scientific and linguistic studies, we have required our students to get a professional experience as part of our PCTO project for years. This has led us to organize work placements abroad in the past, but this project has allowed us to extend the experience to a greater number of students, especially those who, without EU funding, wouldn’t have been able to go abroad.
