This project made possible to realize mobilities for students with fewer opportunities (students coming from abroad. or with special needs or economic issues or with social and cultural gap) and to open for them international opportunities to enter in the international labour market. Thanks to the best pratices on sustainability, students can have new skills on this so challenging topic. Also the members of staff can implement new and innovative methodologies in their school activities.
I.P.S.S.E.C “Olivetti” is a vocational public school on Tourism and hospitality; it has 1200 students, 150 teachers, 40 administratives and technicians. The school offers 4 fields of interest: • Food services • Tourist reception • Patisserie • Service “Olivetti” vocational school has a Restaurant “Olivettando” open twice for lunch and one for dinner. The school has deep relationships with local autorities, associations and companies because a lot of students are involved in job placement.
