The project pursues multiple objectives: Strengthening key and transversal skills (entrepreneurship, active citizenship, digital linguistic skills), social and green skills, skills regarding the inclusion and diversity and the soft skills. Developing skills to enhance and promote local resources. Facilitating job placement, improving CVs and introducing the proposed models: technical and professional skills in the tourism/marketing sector. Serindform is a professional training agency, established in 1991 and accredited by the Tuscany Region. Since 2011 it is involved in the design, organisation and reporting of different courses such as qualification or in-service training, aimed at meeting the needs of the main regional sectors. On the basis of the realised courses and the new needs identified, the first mobilities have been developed. Since 2013, we have been engaged with Erasmus to address the needs of Northern Tuscany.
