The project aimed to strengthen the technical, digital, linguistic, intercultural, and transversal skills of apprentices and recent graduates, supporting the digital transition of Net in Action and local businesses. The international mobility experiences enabled participants to acquire digital skills, promoting social inclusion, personal growth, and employment opportunities, both locally and globally.
Net in Action is a non-governmental organization dedicated to social inclusion and the promotion of the transition to employment for disadvantaged young people, particularly apprentices and recent graduates.
