The objectives of the “E.N.H.A.N.C.E.” project were: -to enhance the technical, transversal and linguistic skills of students and recent graduates and align their professional preparation with the demands of the labor markets; -to improve teachers' ability to create innovative laboratory teaching that stimulates motivation and active participation; -to develop the capacity of the educational community to cooperate with other actors in the education sector at national and European level.
The I.S.S. "F.Giordani" has created the “E.N.H.A.N.C.E.” project to improve its ability to contribute to the resolution of widespread phenomena in the Caserta area such as educational poverty and youth unemployment. Mobility abroad was promoted as a training opportunity for students and recent graduates looking for professional experiences, and as an opportunity for the professional development of teachers in a European dimension that stimulated innovation in VET teaching.
