Thanks to the implementation of the training course and the acquisition of the innovative teaching and communication methodology on the Enneagram of Personalities by our staff, we expected a positive and concrete impact within our educational community. Our goal was to motivate our learners to engage with their studies by providing them with personalized educational support and to foster greater resilience in them to face the challenges that our society presents to them.
The socio-economic context of Calabria is disadvantaged, and this has an impact on individuals in terms of failure, first academically and then professionally. The post-COVID period has worsened this trend. Convent, which works with young adults, often early school leavers, wants to offer concrete support and pave the way through training and improvement of language and cultural skills. To do this, we wanted our staff to be trained in this new methodology.
