We have achieved improvements and positive change on three levels – 1) individual; 2) organizational; 3) national and international cooperation. Our primary objective was capacity building of staff teaching adult learners about green project management competences and tools. The main goal was to transfer the idea and knowledge of green and sustainable management to our organization, country and Europe - the green transversal component.
Our NGO is working with courses and conferences for mainly adults, we manage the learning process and activities as well as event organization, but we do not write or implement Erasmus projects yet. We work with green tourism and sustainable regional development. The sustainability and green management now-a-days an emerging trend. Our staff wanted to learn about sustainability in management and how to manage green events. The hosting organization has implemented several international projects.
