The mobilities offered valuable international experience, fostering the exchange of best practices, training staff in European project management, and expanding our network. Through mobilities in Spain, Greece, and Portugal, we shared methodologies, enhanced professional skills, and established long-term collaborations. Despite unforeseen challenges (force majeure event), we successfully engaged with new countries and territories, enabling mobilities that support children with disabilities.
La Tartaruga is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to supporting children and young adults with complex disabilities. Collaborating with both public and private sectors, it aims to improve the quality of life for families through best practice initiatives. With its #SUPPORT_ME 2.0 project, the organisation is expanding internationally, laying the groundwork for future European projects by addressing current needs and utilizing existing resources to create lasting impact.
