The most important aspect of the project is the opportunity to increasingly open the door to internationalization. This is made possible by the commitment to improving the resources and capabilities of the staff, who are focused on increasing their institution exchanges with European and non-European partners. Special attention has been paid to digitalization, which is particularly important for streamlining the procedures associated with implementing mobility programs and drafting interinstitutional agreements, as well as Learning Agreements and Reports. The office has committed to providing participants with the necessary instructions for using the new tools and has encouraged some partners to do so by requesting their adaptation to the new disposals. A fundamental objective is also openness to cultural and social diversity, with a strong commitment to participation and inclusion. In this regard, our office has supported promotional and outreach activities for students and teachers, motivating them. The project implementation has led to a significant increase in the number of mobility projects undertaken. These projects are prepared, identified, and coordinated, always with the personal support provided by the office to all participants, at every stage, from choosing the destination to preparing learning agreements, from contacting partners to organizing teaching activities abroad, and so on.
