The main goal of implementing the Erasmus project is to offer opportunities to students by giving them a new perspective on life, education, language, different culture and future. Through international mobility, we aimed to broaden their horizons, their personal growth, boost their self-confidence, enhance their intercultural awareness, and support their personal and professional growth. The project was also designed to promote social inclusion (the Academy pays particular attention to students who are in particular economic and health conditions, ensuring their participation in the project) inspiring students to overcome barriers that might otherwise limit their academic or career paths. As regards the staff member, the aim is to update professional skills, improve the language, share knowledge among institutions, experiment with new teaching environments.
