By participating in the project 2023-1-IT02-KA131-HED-000114077, our institution aimed to consolidate the positive mobility trend already established through previous Erasmus+ projects. In particular, two strategic objectives were highlighted: 1) Strengthening inbound mobility: to encourage the arrival of students from partner universities, thereby increasing the internationalization of the campus and enriching the academic community with diverse cultural and academic perspectives. 2) Expanding opportunities for students: • For first- and second-year undergraduate students, providing mobility experiences that enhance their academic background by exposing them to international programs and teaching methodologies. • For third-year students, promoting participation in international traineeships that allow them to apply the skills acquired during their studies in real working environments, thus enhancing their professional readiness and practical experience. This strategy enabled the institution to consolidate its internationalization policy, integrating mobility with academic and professional development objectives and contributing to the overall quality of study programs.
