The main objectives of the KA131-2023 project were to consolidate and expand the international dimension of Humanitas University while strengthening the quality and diversity of mobility opportunities, with a specific focus on inclusion. Building on the successful foundation established in the previous KA131-2022 project, we aimed to: 1. Increase the number of participants in Erasmus+ mobility (as envisaged in our Erasmus Policy Statement, EPS), while keeping quality mobilities, in line with the Erasmus Charter for Higher Education (ECHE) commitment. 2. Strengthen and diversify our network of international partnerships by establishing new Inter-institutional Agreements with partners participating to the European University Alliance for Global Health (EUGLOH), specifically Universidad do Porto and Université Paris-Saclay, while consolidating existing collaborations with University of Angers for student exchange programs and exploring new partnerships such as the Medical University of Graz for summer clinical traineeships. 3. Explore more versatile kind of mobility by offering for the first time to our students and staff the possibility to participate to Blended Intensive Programs. In particular, BIPs were offered to PhD students, who did not access to mobility opportunities in the previous projects, thanks to the collaboration with our partner institution RCSI Dublin. 4. Advance digital transition initiatives by fully implementing online Learning Agreement management for both incoming and outgoing mobilities (excluding BIPs), improving administrative efficiency and participant experience. 5. Promote inclusion and diversity by supporting participants with fewer opportunities through targeted measures and additional funding, while ensuring equal access to mobility programs across all degree courses. 6. Foster sustainability awareness through the implementation of green initiatives, including the establishment of a new bike station facility to encourage sustainable transportation among students and staff. 7. Strengthen the bridge between higher education, research and innovation by expanding doctoral/EQF-8 mobility opportunities and research traineeships, particularly in emerging fields such as digital skills and artificial intelligence.
