The main objective of JobsAcademy’s participation in the 2023 Erasmus+ KA131 project was to strengthen our strategy of internationalisation and make it an integral part of the student journey. We wanted our students to experience different academic systems and professional contexts, so that they could broaden their horizons, improve their language skills, and gain greater confidence in working and studying in an international environment. The project was also meant to increase their employability, since direct contact with foreign universities and companies often creates opportunities for future collaboration or even job offers. Another important goal was to continue building a strong international network for our institution. Through mobility activities, we aimed to consolidate existing partnerships and establish new ones, both within Europe and beyond. In particular, we looked to increase cooperation with higher education institutions, HE VET schools, and companies abroad. This broader network is essential for giving students more choice of destinations and for opening new channels of academic and professional exchange. The project also had an institutional purpose. By supporting a large number of students in international mobility, JAC demonstrates its commitment to offering a complete and modern educational experience. We see international exposure as a way to educate professionals who are not only technically skilled but also adaptable, open-minded, and capable of working in multicultural teams. For this reason, we consider Erasmus+ mobilities as a key part of our training model.
