The main objective of Carolina Albasio in implementing the project was to strengthen its international dimension, improve the quality of teaching and training activities, and promote the professional development of the staff involved. In particular, the project aimed to: Promote the exchange of skills and best practices among staff with European partner institutions through the two staff training mobilities foreseen by the project. Innovate teaching and learning methodologies by incorporating established international tools and approaches. Enhance participants’ intercultural, linguistic, and digital competences, while also strengthening their ability to operate effectively in international and transnational contexts. Consolidate and expand the institution’s European and international cooperation networks, fostering the creation of lasting synergies and future collaboration opportunities. Recognize and enhance the role of staff as ambassadors of the Erasmus+ Programme, promoting the ECHE principles of non-discrimination, inclusion, transparency, and mobility quality. Strengthen the culture of mobility within the institution by ensuring fair and transparent procedures, providing active support to participants, and guaranteeing full recognition of activities undertaken, in line with the institutional strategy and the priorities of the Erasmus+ Programme. In summary, the project aimed to create a lasting positive impact at personal, professional, and institutional levels, consolidating Carolina Albasio’s capacity to operate effectively and meaningfully in European and international contexts.
