Through the implementation of this Erasmus+ project, Istituto Modartech aimed to take a concrete first step towards the internationalisation of its educational offer, by providing students with the opportunity to carry out a traineeship abroad in line with their field of study. The main goal was to pilot international learning mobility as a tool to: strengthen the student’s professional, linguistic and transversal skills; reinforce the connection between academic training and the European labour market; foster cultural openness and adaptability in international contexts; initiate a culture of mobility within the Institute, where participation in Erasmus experiences is currently limited. Through this experience, the Institute also intended to explore and better understand the opportunities offered by the Erasmus+ Programme, with the aim of expanding future mobility opportunities to more students and, progressively, also to staff and faculty.
